Fully refurbished and in perfect working order.
This unit was originally sold it Japan but is currently set to run off US voltage (120v).
The unit shown in the photos here is the one we're currently selling.
Note the slightly discolored oval area on the upper right part of the front panel that appears to have been from a sticker which has since been removed.
