Professionally serviced. Our tech performed the following work: replaced caps and diode in power supply. Replaced tantalum capacitors. Cleaned and lubed all pots. Despite the cleaning, once I tested it, I noticed a bit of crackle at the top of both input sensitivity pots. This cleared up with use, so it's possible our tech didn't exercise these pots enough, or that you may experience some crackle until you work the pots a bit.
